Shipping Policy

All products available at TR Import are sent directly from our suppliers abroad to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery takes an average of 10 to 25 working days (counted after posting) depending on the location, shipping is made 3 to 5 days after payment confirmation in our system and the deadline will only start after this period.

Through the Express Shipping modality, the product is sent in priority with a delivery time of 8 to 20 business days.

This period may vary depending on the agility of the Post Office and customs, if delays occur, the delivery period may be extended for another 30 working days.

All purchases have a tracking code that can be tracked from leaving the country of origin until they arrive at your home.

As shipping is international, the tracking code may take a while to work on Brazilian websites. Therefore, we send the tracking code by email approximately 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Remembering that if your order included more than one product, you may receive more than one tracking.

If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and will be required to pay a new shipping fee (shipping value + postage fee) to resend the product.

When making a purchase, the customer will agree to the determined conditions and standards.
