If you chose your product in our online store, but, upon receiving it, found that there was a manufacturing defect, or even were dissatisfied with the product purchased, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it.

Exchanges will only be made for products that have manufacturing defects, but not those caused by misuse. We exchange products that were different from those ordered by the customer. If you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, follow the following steps to exchange it:

1. Please inform our team about the problem via our email trshopify7@gmail.com by sending clear photos or videos of the defective product or the wrong product you received, within 7 days of receipt. Please note, we will not make exchanges or refunds after this period.


2. Your complaint will be analyzed within a maximum of 2 business days and, once the problem is identified, we will contact you via email and you will be able to choose one of the following alternatives:

As soon as we receive the package, we will carry out an analysis to confirm that everything is in accordance with the Item return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you and in this case you will be able to choose between:

1. Exchange for any other product that is available in our stock.
2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products.
3. Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use on future purchases.
